Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated, high‑performing team with the Store Manager
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to enhance the shopping experience
• Prioritise health and safety and conduct regular risk assessments
• Recruit and retain top talent to build a strong, engaged team
• Meet and exceed sales targets; monitor KPIs to sustain store success
• Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and delivery accuracy
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build community connections
