• Proven ability in coaching for sales improvement.
• Can motivate and coach a team to improve sales results.

Responsibilities

• Drive department sales and take full ownership for the team's sales performance.
• Manage, coach, develop and motivate team to exceed sales budgets.
• Liaise with VM to ensure all visual elements are in place, on time before store opening.
• Drive a customer service culture across departments.
• Implement and communicate promotional plans for upcoming events.
