Farmers Lynnmall in Auckland is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to join our store management team. You will have the opportunity to move across the store to gain exposure to a wide range of retail offerings, from fashion to homeware.

You will be supported by a regional network and share in a strong customer service ethos. The role requires hands-on leadership, weekends and rostered early starts/late nights as part of the management team.

Competenze

• 2+ years' experience in a similar position (Store Manager small store or Department Manager medium to large store).
• Strong sales coaching competence and proven ability to coach for sales improvement.
• Excellent team management experience and ability to motivate a team to improve sales results.

Mansioni

• Drive department sales and own the team’s performance.
• Coach, develop and motivate staff to exceed sales budgets.
• Liaise with VM to ensure visual elements are in place before store opening.
• Drive a customer service culture across departments.
