Job summary

Baby Bunting in Manukau, NZ is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and support new and expectant parents. You’ll be part of a dynamic retail team in a busy store, helping customers choose the right products and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

As part of the role you will engage with customers, demonstrate products, manage stock, and work a rotating Sunday roster.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 15kg between floor and shoulder, 10kg above shoulder height.

With Westfield Manukau, cafés, restaurants and takeaway options close by, there are plenty of choices for lunch and coffee breaks.

• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
