Baby Bunting in Manukau, Auckland, is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for new and expectant parents. This permanent part-time role includes a Sunday shift from 9:45am to 5:15pm in a lively retail environment.

Join a supportive team, drive product demonstrations, manage stock, and adapt to a rotating schedule across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
