Job summary

Truist in Dunedin seeks a Mortgage Sales & Marketing Specialist to promote Truist Mortgage loan products within bank policies and referrals to other services. You will help meet production goals and provide sound mortgage advice based on client needs and product benefits.

Experience in banking or lending and strong communication are required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel up to 75% and compliance with licensing/regulations are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or lending and residential mortgage familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage policies and secondary market guidelines.
• Adhere to all Truist policies and regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice aligned with client needs and product benefits.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen relationships.
• Assist with document follow-up and post-closing reviews.
