Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Supervisor in Mount Maunganui. This role is rostered Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times.

You will lead your department, drive sales and KPI performance, coach the team, and maintain visual standards to ensure stock replenishment and service excellence. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years in retail, a positive attitude, strong time management, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or similar industry.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Positive attitude with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service for every customer, every time.
• Coach the team to deliver service over tasks.
• Drive conversion, sales and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with BOH to ensure product availability.
• Uphold retail standards and visual excellence.
• Support management to improve department financials.
• Assist with internal and external profit protection processes.
• Support with inductions and ongoing training.
• Lead department in maintaining standards and replenishment.
