Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, coach a large team and drive sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on strong Commercial Operations and People Leadership with a view to growth across Retail and Support areas.

You will manage multi-department teams, optimise product placement, and deliver profitable store performance through data-informed decisions, staff development, and strategic planning.

THE ROLE

This role operates Tuesday to Saturday with varying hours. By applying, you confirm your availability to work across those days.

At JD Sports, our customers come first. As a Store Manager, you'll run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. You'll create a positive workplace where everyone can grow while delivering the results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.
