Job summary

Repco is seeking a Retail Coordinator in New Zealand to join our energetic team. You will help with product placement, merchandising, stock levels and customer service on the shop floor.

The role involves promoting in-store promotions, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring safety and tidy store conditions. Previous retail experience and a creative eye for product placement are essential, along with strong communication and attention to detail.

We provide fantastic training and support to our staff, and you'll work with an experience and knowledgeable team.About the role:As a Retail Coordinator you will hold a unique and varied position in the Repco store - Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor. As a fun and energetic team member your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongside providing fantastic customer service. Specific duties include:Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customersMaintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in store promotionsEnsuring a high store presentation standardAssisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stockedContribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it homeNote, this role will require lifting, bending & climbingWho we’re looking forPrevious retail experience is essential for this role, and ideally within a similar role where you've had exposure to merchandising. Not only will you contribute on the shop floor with your strong customer services skills and helping our customers but also demonstrate a creative flare for store presentation.
