Chemist Warehouse Invercargill is seeking a dedicated Full-time Retail Coordinator to assist the Retail Manager with staff coordination and daily store activities. You will supervise floor staff in the evenings and help with recruitment, training, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• S2 & S3 trained applicants highly regarded

• Assist Retail Manager in coordinating staff and daily store activities

The Opportunity

Chemist Warehouse Invercargill is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-time Retail Coordinator!

Job Responsibilities

The primary role of theRetail Coordinatoris to assist the Retail Manager in aco-ordinationand supervisory capacity of employees and day to day store activities. In addition, you are also responsible for:

• Managing the floor staff during the evenings
• Coordinating staff recruitment if required
• Coordinating staff training and development activities
• Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
• Assisting with customer service queries
• Resolving staffing issues and stockdiscrepancies
• Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
• Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
