Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar.
• Recruit, train, supervise and support staff, including rosters and shifts.
• Plan and manage budgets, costs and business targets.
• Monitor stock, order food/beverages, liaise with suppliers.
• Assist with menu planning and development.
• Manage reservations and customer dining experience.
