Qualifications

• Qualified Legal Executive or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential conveyancing and development projects is valued.
• Strong communication and ability to progress matters independently with oversight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work on residential development projects, coordinating pre-sale agreements and liaising with purchasers’ solicitors.
• Assist with residential sale/purchase transactions and some commercial transactions.
• Support subdivision work for residential and development projects.
• Undertake property searches, due diligence and LINZ-related tasks; maintain records and key dates.
• Liaise with clients, lawyers, banks, councils, surveyors and other parties to move matters forward.
