Korowai Manaaki Youth Justice Residence in Wiri, Auckland is seeking a Residential Administrator to support rangatahi by delivering essential administrative services and payroll assistance within a multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to a safe, supportive environment on a 24/7 residence.

Join a dedicated team focused on education, cultural programmes, and rehabilitative support for rangatahi aged 13–19.

Qualificações

• Experience in administration or customer service.
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Great communication skills — written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• A collaborative team player with initiative and a sense of humour.
• Able to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.
• A clean, current full driver's licence.

Korowai Manaaki is one of five Youth Justice residences across Aotearoa, operating 24/7 to support rangatahi aged 13-19 who have been charged with or convicted of an offence. Our vision is to provide a culturally focused, therapeutic, and restorative environment where rangatahi can reconnect with their whānau, hapū, iwi, and culture — and build the skills to thrive. We focus on positive change through education, vocational training, and therapeutic and cultural programmes grounded in Te Ao Māori.
