Job summary

MINDSG LTD seeks a Life Coach (ELP) to provide high-quality daily care for residents with intellectual disability and/or autism, supervising wellbeing while promoting independent living, leisure, and community participation.

The role involves screening prospective residents, onboarding support, training, care planning, safety, and liaising with families, social workers, and MDT members to achieve person-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any discipline.
• Min 1 year of working experience.
• Experience in residential, assisted living, home-based services, or disability service is an added advantage.
• Skills in planning and implementing community activity and training programmes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Support ELP Residents: Screen prospective residents for suitability; provide onboarding and post-onboarding support; guide residents to manage independent living; facilitate community activities; conduct regular visits to maintain harmonious living; act as primary contact for conflicts and emergencies.
