Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Replenishment Practice & Capability Lead to strengthen and embed best-practice replenishment across our retail network. This senior, field-based role retrains teams, improves execution, and keeps shelves full with high standards.

You’ll work directly with stores to simplify and standardise replenishment, driving sustainable change and consistent routines that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on retail expert with store execution experience.
• Experience in replenishment, inventory management, and end-to-end store execution.
• Familiarity with SAP replenishment systems and other retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and standardisation of end-to-end replenishment practices (back dock to shelf).
• Coach and uplift execution capability with store teams.
• Embed consistent aisle-ready processes, zone ownership, and daily routines.
• Drive behavioural change to sustain new practices long-term.
• Run plan–do–review cycles to test and refine ways of working.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve in-store execution challenges.
• Ensure SOPs and training materials are practical, current, and effective.
• Capture feedback and continuously improve replenishment practices.
