Job summary

Foodies is seeking a Replenishment Practice & Capability Lead to strengthen and embed best-practice replenishment across our retail network, working directly with stores to retrain teams and improve execution. This senior, field-based role focuses on simplifying and standardising replenishment, ensuring shelves stay full and customers have a great experience, with SAP as a key tool.

Qualifications

• Hands-on retail operations experience in replenishment.
• Proven ability to retrain teams and embed consistent ways of working.
• Familiarity with SAP replenishment tools and store execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end replenishment practices from back dock to shelf.
• Coach store teams to uplift execution capability.
• Embed aisle-ready processes, zone ownership, and daily routines.
• Drive behavioural change for sustained practices.
• Run plan-do-review cycles to test and refine ways of working.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve in-store challenges.
• Ensure SOPs and training materials are current and effective.
• Capture feedback to continuously improve replenishment.
