Job summary

Gilmours Mt Roskill is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Replenishment Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role ensures warehouse and store operations run smoothly by maintaining stock levels and replenishing pick locations.

You will work with replenishment and picking teams to keep inventory flowing and deliver an exceptional customer experience, using our Warehouse Management System (EWM) to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, replenishment, retail, or wholesale experience.
• Reach hoist and forklift licence with practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic.
• A team player who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to health and safety and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and replenish pick locations.
• Support merchandising standards across the warehouse and store.
