Job summary

Repertoire Cambridge is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team in delivering exceptional styling, service, and customer experiences in our Cambridge store.

You will drive sales, coach and develop team members, and ensure a warm, inspiring in-store environment that reflects the Repertoire brand. Hours are Monday to Friday, with weekdays working 34 hours.

As Store Manager, you’ll drive the success of our Cambridge store, focusing on sales, customer experience, and brand growth. Days and hours are 9.45 - 5pm Monday to Friday (34 hours per week). Your role will include:

• Deliver outstanding service and personalised styling
• Achieve store and individual sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and grow the database

Brand & Community

• Host in-store events to boost brand awareness
• Represent the brand with passion

Store Operations

• Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Oversee budgets, rosters, and KPIs
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Team Support

• Develop team styling skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

You’re a natural leader with proven experience in driving sales and creating great customer experiences. You will bring:

• Proven retail leadership experience
• You have a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
• Strong styling ability and product knowledge
• The ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
