Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Rental Operations Agent at Picton Airport for a fixed-term peak-season role running through end of April 2027. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, with shifts across Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon, and includes front- and back-of-house duties.

You will greet customers, process rental transactions, inspect vehicles, perform cleaning, and support bookings. Training is provided, and uniform and parking are supplied, with wellbeing benefits and employee discounts as

Qualifications

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential.
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to input rental information (training will be provided).
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on the counter and promote products and services; complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive and park cars, and clean interiors and exteriors in the wash bay.
