Pacific Radiology, part of the RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group, seeks a Data & Insights Analyst based in Christchurch or Wellington. You will own the data engine behind our radiologist remuneration scheme, bridging data science and stakeholder trust to ensure fair, transparent reporting output.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering the chance to evolve the analytics alongside a dynamic healthcare initiative.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query and Tableau.
• Strong SQL querying and data validation skills.
• Understanding of data modelling concepts like star schema.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, identify trends and design data models and calculation logic to power the remuneration scheme.
• Own the underlying data engine beyond dashboards.
• Support capacity planning and demand forecasting to shape rosters.
