Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist travelers in planning vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
• Provide clear information on travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
• Organize itineraries and coordinate travel elements with tourism suppliers.
• Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
