• 5+ years of experience in network planning, design, or engineering within the telecoms industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in network modeling and simulation tools.
• In-depth understanding of telecommunications network architecture, technologies (e.g., fiber, 5G, cloud networking), and capacity planning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current network usage, traffic patterns, and performance data to identify trends and predict future demand.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for network capacity expansion, technology upgrades, and service evolution.
