Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a telecoms engineering or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications principles including fiber optics, wireless, and IP networking.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test telecommunications hardware and software at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks on network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and service disruptions.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with central engineering to implement upgrades and new technologies.
