Job summary

Lever, Inc. in New Zealand seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You’ll coordinate across product, engineering, design and operations, turning ideas into actionable plans and ensuring on-time execution.

With 3+ years in tech project management, you’ll run Agile/Scrum processes, manage multiple workstreams, and align stakeholders including vendors and contractors. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical project management within product tech.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and sprint planning.
• Ability to write clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Background with hardware/IoT or embedded products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for international teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize sprint work, planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and tracking.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks for engineering and design.
• Track deadlines, blockers, risks, and agreements across participants.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, and project documentation.
• Document decisions, requirements, outcomes, and next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run regular team syncs and ensure decisions are executed.
• Assess impact of requirement changes on scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and external stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks proactively.
