Job summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with precast concrete expertise to join a remote team. You will design, analyze, and document precast components, support NPD from concept through production, and collaborate with manufacturing for efficiency.

Strong CAD, BIM/FEA skills, and remote-work experience are essential. Requirements include a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and 4–6 years in structural engineering focused on precast, with attention to detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on precast concrete.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and BIM/FEA tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
• Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.
• Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation.
• Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
