Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in sports.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong statistical modeling, ML and data visualization knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to sports performances and game outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize metrics and trends.
• Identify patterns and insights to inform strategic decisions for sports orgs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand data needs and deliver tailored analyses.
• Develop predictive models and performance indicators using statistics and ML.
• Stay up-to-date with sports analytics and related technologies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout analysis.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently and manage multiple remote projects.
