The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 4+ years of aviation safety analytics experience, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of aviation safety analysis or related analytics experience.
- Proficient in data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
- Strong understanding of aviation operations and safety principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze aviation safety data from incident reports and logs.
- Identify safety trends and systemic issues through data analysis and risk assessment.
- Develop safety reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Recommend proactive safety measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the SMS.
- Stay current with aviation safety-regulations and best practices.
