Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of information security analysis, incident response, or threat intelligence.
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools.
• Strong networking and OS fundamentals; knowledge of common attack vectors.
• Certifications such as CISSP or GSEC are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and analyze logs for threats.
• Lead security incident investigations including containment and recovery.
• Develop and refine detection rules and threat feeds.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and report findings.
• Collaborate with IT to implement security best practices.
• Provide security guidance and ensure compliance requirements.
