Placements24's client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote workforce, supporting operations from Queenstown. This remote-first role offers autonomy to drive successful hires across diverse industries.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top talent, build pipelines, and negotiate offers, leveraging strong relationships with clients to exceed placement targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, with a track record in agency recruitment.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various levels.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client consultations to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract niche talent.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments for fit and experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding hiring needs and advising strategically.
• Meet and exceed placement targets through proactive engagement and service excellence.
