Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program management, with a significant focus on global operations or supply chain initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex, and multi-year global programs.
• Deep understanding of international logistics, supply chain optimization, and operational best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification is highly desirable.
