CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a NZ/AUS Registered Residential Valuer to undertake valuations across Tauranga and nearby regions.

The role offers flexibility around working areas and a strong pipeline of assignments across private clients and public works。 You will work with a leading Valuation & Advisory Services team, using industry‑standard software to produce precise reports, collaborate with specialists nationwide, and enjoy a base salary with a competitive commission structure and flexible

Qualifications

• NZ or AUS Registered Residential Valuer with NZ license.
• Experience valuing residential property in NZ or Australia.
• Strong research and data management skills.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Undertake residential valuations across Tauranga and surrounding areas with flexible working locations.
• Engage in VOS instructions, private client engagements and specialized residential sectors.

• Engaging in a diverse mix of work including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements & specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation
