Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote QA Tester to join a hospitality software team. You will design and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases for global hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience writing clear, concise test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint cycles.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools like Jira and Bugzilla.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects meticulously.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements.
• Reproduce bug conditions and assist in debugging and validation.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and maintain test documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
