Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with e-procurement platforms and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for various categories, ensuring policy compliance.
• Identify, vet, and engage suppliers; negotiate contracts and pricing for savings.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues to ensure reliability and quality.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier data in digital systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders via virtual channels to fulfill purchasing needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and sourcing options.
