Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to optimize business processes within a globally distributed team. This fully remote role focuses on analyzing client operations, identifying inefficiencies, and designing solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of six years in management consulting with strong process mapping and change-management capabilities, plus Lean/Six Sigma or BPMN knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/operations/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in management consulting or similar with focus on process improvement.
• Strong skills in process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering.
• Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Develop and recommend optimized process designs and leverage technology solutions.
• Create detailed implementation plans and support change management.
• Use data analytics to measure process performance and impact of changes.
• Collaborate with remote client teams and internal stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Prepare reports and presentations to articulate findings and recommendations.
