Alignerr is seeking a Physics Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) to help train and elevate AI models. This fully remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and collaboration with world-leading AI research teams.

You will design challenging physics problems across mechanics, EM, thermodynamics, and quantum topics, and craft rigorous step-by-step solutions to serve as gold-standard references for AI training. This role values independent, precise writers.

Qualifications

• Masters in Physics, Applied Physics, or closely related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills across advanced physics domains.
• Clear and precise written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more.
• Develop clear step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic to serve as gold-standard references.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity.
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI models reason like expert physicists.
