Job summary

Thryv is seeking a detail-oriented QA/auditing specialist for a full-time, work-from-home role based anywhere in New Zealand. You will audit, analyse and monitor work across several teams to ensure our SEO accounts are accurate, complete and up to standard.

You will document problems, provide clear feedback, spot patterns and drive improvements. Typical hours are 8:00am NZT, Monday to Friday, with overlap with US teams.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of related experience (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar and proofreading.
• Ability to audit, document findings and provide actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Auditing work across multiple departments to confirm SEO account work is accurate and complete
• Taking detailed notes and giving clear, specific feedback teams can act on
• Flagging recurring errors and quality trends so the cause gets fixed
• Helping out on special projects — extra audits, reporting, monitoring the email support mailbox
• Hitting turnaround times without lowering quality
