Ideal candidates hold a Master's or PhD in mechanical or aerospace engineering, strong CAD/CAM and simulation software experience (SolidWorks, MATLAB, ANSYS), and enjoy precise technical writing.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems spanning FEA, heat transfer, kinematics, material science, and mechatronics.
• Author gold-standard solutions with step-by-step technical reasoning for AI benchmarks.
• Audit AI outputs for engineering accuracy, safety, and standards (ASME, ISO).
• Provide feedback to improve AI reasoning and model accuracy.
