Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational expertise in VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, or power electronics.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in writing.
• Detail-oriented and able to review mathematical equations and engineering documentation.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across electrical engineering domains to test AI performance.
• Author gold-standard solutions with step-by-step technical reasoning that serve as a benchmark for AI learning.
• Audit AI-generated content including circuit diagrams and proofs for technical accuracy and safety.
• Refine AI reasoning by identifying errors and providing structured expert feedback.
• Document failure modes in AI responses to help research teams harden model reasoning.
