Job summary

The University of Auckland is seeking an IMAC LMS Coordinator to manage IMAC’s online courses end-to-end and support healthcare professionals nationwide with accessible immunisation training.

You will analyse issues, troubleshoot system errors, and drive continuous quality improvement across IMAC’s digital platforms, with a part-time, fixed-term arrangement through July 2027. Flexible work options are available alongside collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Certificate in computer/e-learning or demonstrated ability.
• Experience training staff in an educational context.
• Experience managing/integrating LMS/CRM/SIS systems.
• Experience troubleshooting system-access issues in a service role.
• Prior experience with learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the management of IMAC’s online courses end-to-end.
• Analyse issues and troubleshoot system errors.
• Lead continuous quality improvement across IMAC’s digital systems.
