Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a self-directed Business Systems & Intelligence Hub Lead to turn operational ideas into working Microsoft 365 solutions. The role blends solution architecture, business analysis and hands-on delivery across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot experiences.

The successful candidate will apply strong English communication, project discipline and governance to support NZ-based clients while coordinating with a Philippines-based talent pool in a fully remote

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Ability to map processes, owners and sources of truth for enterprise hubs.
• Strong documentation, communication and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Discover and map current processes, owners, exceptions and acceptance criteria.
• Own SharePoint information architecture across hubs, sites and libraries.
• Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reports.
• Define when to surface or integrate information to avoid duplication.
• Run backlog, testing, releases, training and support handover.
• Establish baselines and adoption measures with owners and report findings.
