Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via remote channels (phone, email, chat).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the IT systems.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and support guides.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
