Job summary

The University of Auckland is seeking a Functional Analyst to support People & Culture services on a fixed-term basis. You will provide 3rd level technical support across multiple platforms, analyse enhancement requests, and prototype and deploy new system features.

Join a cross-functional team within the Product Engineering structure, engage with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds, and contribute to knowledge content and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3rd level technical support experience.
• Analyse enhancement requests and understand their technical and business components.
• Discuss, prototype, test and deploy new system features, changes or fixes.
• Craft and maintain multi-audience knowledge content.
• Engage with stakeholders of varying backgrounds and Agile awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level technical support and enhancement for customer-facing technologies.
• Analyse incoming enhancement requests to understand technical and business components.
• Discuss, prototype, test and deploy new system features, changes or fixes.
• Craft and maintain multi-audience knowledge content.
• Engage with business stakeholders of varying backgrounds and levels of Agile knowledge.
• Participate in team planning to prioritise features and fixes.
