Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic, experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales for FMCG products, with a remote-first role focused on the Queenstown market. You will shape the e-commerce strategy, optimize websites, and manage marketplaces while driving revenue growth and customer experience.

Ideally you bring 4+ years in e-commerce, a proven track record in digital marketing, analytics proficiency, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 4+ years in e-commerce management, FMCG preferred.
• Proven growth of online sales and platform management.
• Experience with analytics tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy for online sales and profitability.
• Manage e-commerce website UX, product presentation, and conversions.
• Oversee listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM/social).
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service for order fulfillment.
