Job summary

Aristocrat in New Zealand seeks a highly motivated Field Service Technician to ensure seamless operation of gaming equipment across the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region. This role allows remote work within NZ, with on-the-job training to grow technical skills and deliver world-class service.

You will perform servicing, installations, diagnostics, and client support, manage inventory, and document repairs. A NZ driver’s license, strong customer service, and weekend on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock for service requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address client concerns.
• Conduct routine maintenance to guarantee flawless operation of equipment.
• Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for repairs/installations.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage/maintenance.
• Appear for weekend on-call rotations and travel to client sites as needed.
