Alignerr is seeking an Electrical Engineering — AI Data Trainer to help shape how AI reasons through circuits, control systems, and signal processing. This remote, flexible hourly contract lets you set your own schedule with 10–40 hours per week.

You design challenging problems, author gold-standard solutions, audit AI outputs for accuracy and safety, and provide structured feedback to sharpen model performance in collaboration with a global expert community.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or signal processing
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in writing
• Detail-oriented when reviewing mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
• No prior AI experience required — your engineering knowledge is what matters

Responsibilities

• Design advanced electrical engineering problems across domains to stress-test AI reasoning
• Author rigorous, step-by-step solutions as gold standards for learning AI models
• Audit AI-generated circuit diagrams and proofs for accuracy and safety
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance on engineering tasks
