Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. in New Zealand is seeking a motivated Analyst, Falcon Complete to protect customers by detecting and responding to incidents in real time from a remote location.

You will triage across endpoint, identity, email, network and cloud, conduct malware analysis, and provide clear, actionable guidance to customers while collaborating with AI-assisted SOC workflows. This role emphasizes incident handling, forensic analysis, and clear customer communication in a remote NZ

Qualifications

• Hands-on incident response across security events and customer environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework in investigations.
• Experience using forensic tools to determine scope of compromise.
• Basic malware analysis understanding recommended.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux internals.
• Experience managing network and system configurations in enterprise networks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry and logs to determine root cause and remediation.
• Contain threats in Microsoft 365 and other services; provide guidance.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Deliver professional customer communications during incident response.
• Produce clear findings and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
