Responsibilities

• Perform security alert triage, investigation, and analysis to assess severity and impact
• Escalate incidents as necessary and conduct threat scope analysis to determine exposure
• Prepare, review, and summarise customer reports to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Respond to threats promptly, ensuring proper remediation processes are followed and recorded
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, ensuring rapid response and service delivery during critical incidents
• Maintain accurate documentation of all security monitoring and incident response activities
