• Proven track record in financial strategy, capital raising, M&A, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience managing finance operations remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax.
• Develop and execute long-term financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Manage capital structure, secure financing, and optimize investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
