Torvek NZ LTD is seeking a BIM Designer for a full-time remote role, developing, coordinating, and maintaining Building Information Models for structural and architectural projects. You will create and update 3D models, set up BIM standards, and ensure model accuracy and consistency across disciplines, translating design intent into constructible digital models, and supporting clash detection.

• Ability to interpret and produce precise architectural drawings and technical documentation to support BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD or similar) and experience with 3D modeling and clash detection.
• Knowledge of structural and architectural design principles.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines remotely.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams across locations.
