Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Mechanical AI Training Specialist to join our global security operations. You will lead investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network and cloud environments for high-severity incidents.

You will mentor analysts, develop SOPs, and drive automation to improve detection and response. A passion for AI-driven security and clear customer communications is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage complex incident response investigations.
• Deep expertise in attack vectors, TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Advanced forensic analysis across host, memory, and network artifacts.
• Static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Experience using AI to enhance decisions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments, serving as technical lead for high-severity incidents.
• Conduct advanced analysis of telemetry, artifacts, and network data to determine root cause and scope of compromise.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 attacks including BEC and adversary-in-the-middle, providing expert guidance to customers.
• Develop remediation plans and coordinate containment actions across customer infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop Analyst team members; contribute to training materials and SOPs.
• Identify process improvements and build automation to enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Represent CrowdStrike in thought leadership activities such as blog posts and external speaking engagements.
• Deliver expert-level customer communications during escalations and critical incidents.
